26 Jan 2011 Wednesday

Well, I succumbed to the Binge Monster today.
There're quite a number of reasons why I binged, mainly because I didn't eat my full allocated calories for the past 2 days and I didn't eat at proper times.
ARGH. So frustrated with myself right now. I'm still constipated even though I binged. sucks to the max.

I shan't bother to record down the food today, it's too horrifying an amount.

  1. Jaslyn! U may have failed today, but I believe you will be able to fight the binge monster in the coming days, just believe in yourself. Have your meals when you are feeling hungry so that you don't let yourself feel hungry! Drink more more more water!!!

  2. @Jweightloss Thanks so much babe, sigh.. idk anymore. feeling like shit now. And I BINGED yet again today. I feel horrible. wondering whether I should just fast all the way.

  3. Jaslyn, I think you got to sit down and think about the root cause of the problem in order to solve it. Looking at what you have mentioned, I am suspecting that you are not having your meals on time/regularly and hence the binge. Very often, we will lose control when we are super hungry. You should stop blaming yourself on what has happened, just move on and take your meals as usual, fasting is not a long term solution! Accept it and move on!

  4. @Jweightloss the thing is when I binge, it's not because I'm hungry. It's more of a psychological problem, or stemming from emotional issues like loneliness, boredom, stress, sadness, anger, etc... Anyway, how often do you weigh yourself?
